2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

• Be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;

• Not be an employee, contractor, or relative of an employee of jl50 or any of its affiliated companies;
• Not be self-excluded or prohibited from gambling activities under any self-exclusion program or regulatory order.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile phone number, email address, residential address within the Philippines, and preferred payment method details. You agree that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform will be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.

2.3 Identity Verification

jl50 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and verification of payment methods (such as bank statements or e-wallet screenshots). We reserve the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

2.4 Account Limitations

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with jl50. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited. If we detect or suspect duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all wagers, cancel all bonuses, and confiscate all funds. Previously self-excluded or permanently banned Users are prohibited from creating new Accounts. Attempts to circumvent bans or restrictions may result in legal action.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Confidentiality of Credentials

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify jl50 Customer Support if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any breach of security. jl50 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account information.

3.2 Authorized Use Only

Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account, nor may you access or use another person's Account. Account sharing, lending, renting, selling, or transferring is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all involved Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Accurate Information Requirement

You agree to ensure that all Account information, including contact details and payment information, remains accurate and current. You must update your Account information promptly when changes occur. jl50 is not responsible for any failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or other issues resulting from outdated or incorrect Account information.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Currencies and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the jl50 Platform must be conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). We accept deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers to major Philippine banks (including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and others), over-the-counter payments through authorized payment centers, and approved cryptocurrency transactions (USDT). Payment method availability may vary based on transaction type, amount, and User verification status.

4.2 Deposit Requirements

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reject, refund, or reverse any deposit that we suspect originates from a third party or is connected to fraudulent activity. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. jl50 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, subject to verification procedures and compliance checks. Processing times vary by withdrawal method: GCash and e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may require 1-3 business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 require enhanced KYC verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions and Wagering Requirements

Deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be processed. • Hacking, reverse engineering, or attempting to compromise Platform security;

• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code;

8.2 Investigation and Suspension

jl50 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or fair play standards. During investigations, we may suspend or temporarily restrict Accounts, freeze funds, void wagers, and request additional documentation. We will endeavor to complete investigations promptly but cannot guarantee specific timeframes. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation and provide requested information.

8.3 Termination Rights

jl50 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, refuse service, cancel bonuses, and void wagers at our sole discretion if we determine that a User has violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate conduct. In cases of Account termination for violation of Terms: all pending wagers will be voided; all bonuses will be forfeited; any remaining balance may be forfeited if the balance was obtained through violations; we may report suspected criminal activity to appropriate authorities. Users may close their Accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting Customer Support, provided all wagering requirements are met and no investigations are pending.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Ownership of Content

All content on the jl50 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software code, data compilations, and game content, is the property of jl50 or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. The jl50 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of jl50 or its affiliates or licensors.

9.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, jl50 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to: (a) resale or commercial use of the Platform or its contents; (b) collection or use of Platform content for any commercial purpose; (c) derivative use of the Platform or its contents; (d) downloading or copying of Platform content except temporary cached copies necessary for browsing; (e) use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools. Any unauthorized use automatically terminates the license granted herein.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE jl50 PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES, GAMES, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, jl50 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. jl50 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, jl50, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF jl50 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL jl50'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jl50, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any rights of any third party; (c) your use or misuse of the Platform; (d) your breach of any applicable laws or regulations.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the jl50 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

11.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting jl50 Customer Support. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and will work in good faith to address your concerns. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.

11.3 Complaints and Regulatory Recourse

If you are unable to resolve a dispute through informal channels, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR, the regulatory authority overseeing jl50's operations. Contact information for PAGCOR's complaints department is available on the PAGCOR official website. You may also exercise any other legal rights available to you under Philippine law.

12. Amendments to Terms

12.1 Right to Modify

jl50 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to Users via email to the address registered on your Account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.

12.2 Effective Date of Changes

13. General Provisions

jl50 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, labor disputes, or supplier failures.
